Full Wedding Planning

Planning the greatest day of your life can seem overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. This service is a must to achieve your perfect day, your way. Whether you are dreaming of a barn in the Cotswolds, an iconic London venue an outdoor, lake-side setting or a castle fit for Royalty, we can make this into a  reality, bringing the best suppliers and design concept to life.

From the initial questions and supplier searching, to on the day planning and support, we will be there to plan your perfect day and your budget. We will discuss with you and plan everything from important must haves such as the Bride's dress, the seating plan and the cake, to the smaller details such as traditions and personal touches that you can add to your day. We will be your trusted expert, to ensure every detail is planned to perfection.

A guide to what our full planning services entail:

 

  • Initial planning session to discuss ideas and inspiration and to give guidance on a style concept, including mood boards for a design we feel works for you

  • Searching for and confirming wedding insurance

  • Expenditure planning - we will take your budget and allocate to certain areas

  • Venue searching and booking – we will book all venue viewings and attend these with you or on your behalf

  • Advice on venue contracts to ensure you are aware of any inclusions within venue and supplier contracts before signing. We do require the couple to sign contracts.

  • Supplier searching and booking the best suppliers in the area who are perfect for your wedding style

  • Communication throughout the planning process whenever required via email or telephone – a response within 24 hours is our promise to you (we are also Whatsapp friendly  - whichever works for you!)

  • To do list set for both parties (planner/couple) with ‘completed by’ dates, unless you would like all planning to be completed by us, this would be purely for the planner

  • Regular meetings and support via telephone/skype or face to face to discuss wedding plans

  • Site visits as required

  • Booking of all supplier appointments - appointments will be made a time suited to you. We will also attend all meetings as you require (ie. tastings)

  • Wedding administration – RSVPS, menu choices, dietary requirements, accommodation requests etc

  • Full running order produced for the final week leading up to the wedding and for the wedding day

  • Day prior and on the day management

  • We can also include hen party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and honeymoon planning at an extra cost

For the services above, a set fee is applicable dependant on guest numbers, please enquire for a personalised quote. This isn't the full extent of the service we offer and recommend booking a complimentary consultation here to discuss further.

 

Intimate weddings and elopements

With the world changing, and guidance being updated regularly, you may be fed up with postponing and watching for the next announcement, and just want to get married!

We are here to take the stress away and to plan your day, whether it is just the two of you, or a celebration with a few friends and families. Intimate weddings and elopements are truly beautiful, and really emotional! Our service available for you is the same as our full planning, but we now offer this for these now popular styles of Wedding. The details of our full planning service is here.

We will start with a consultation to discuss which option you would prefer, location, budget and any ideas you have.

 

On the day management

Between the hair styling, reminiscing with your Bridesmaids and sipping on Prosecco, you are not going to want to be worrying about what is happening at your venue, with your guests and with your suppliers. Your memories start from the second your wake up on your big day - we can ensure no stress is included. Our on the management is purely that, us there on the day, it is then up to you if you want to add final month planning, this isn't a requirement.

A guide to what our full planning services entail:

  • A copy of our Wedding plan (to be completed by you prior to meeting)

  • Meeting two weeks prior to the day face to face, via telephone or Skype/Facetime for us to find out all information regarding your Wedding and details of your suppliers.

  • We will require all details of your suppliers, ie. for your cake, flowers, venue contact etc. who will then be contacted so they know who we are and have our contact details, so they have a main contact on the day.

  • A running order will be created as part of the Wedding plan, we will require the times of supplier’s arrival so all can be met on the day

  • Our main focus will be to ensure everything has arrived at the venue to your exact requirements; we are able to sign for any orders to save you having to do so as venue staff will generally not agree to do this and will also ensure everything at the venue is how you would like it, ie. tables set correctly, tablecloths ironed and unstained and just check general satisfaction of the venue. We are also able to set any decorations, ie place cards, centre pieces, table plans etc.

  • If getting married in a church or a different venue, we will again visit to do the above checks.

  • Prior to the actual ceremony, we will either come to your hotel room to collect you or will meet you from your car. We will ensure all bridal party are ready, in line, and aware of where they are walking and which order they are going in. We will also meet the rest of the wedding party (best man, groomsmen etc) and all details will be checked such as buttonholes fastening, suits worn correctly, shoelaces tied etc.

  • If having a civil ceremony using your own music, we will play the music as and when required for you and lead you and your bridal party down the aisle in a timely fashion to really make the most out of your big entrance.

  • For the rest of the day, we will be there to direct guests, answer any questions they have, be the point of call for the venue and suppliers, and make sure everything is running smoothly and on time. Any potential hitches will be dealt with, so you do not need to have any worries. Most of all, we will be there for you both for anything you need at all to make sure you have the best day. If there are any turnarounds to be done by the venue (from ceremony to wedding breakfast, then to evening reception in the same room) these will be managed and completed smoothly.

  • We will stay with you right up until after the cake cutting/first dance to make sure everything runs smoothly (generally around 9-9:30pm)

 

The above covers our base service, for a meeting prior to your Wedding day and for us to be there on the day and is a cost from £595 inc VAT for the above services (dependant on location) Additional costs will be applied if day prior set up or set down is required.

Month Prior Planning

The final month of preparations is generally most stressful for couples. If you would like us to get involved in your planning four - six weeks prior to the day, to ensure everything is covered and no stone left unturned, and that all suppliers have the correct communication, we can offer this service for an extra charge.

 

1-1 planning sessions

Suitable for couples who are recently engaged and looking for advice on where to start with planning your perfect day, ideas and styling inspiration, or if you are part way through planning and just need some advice to assist in the process. There is no obligation to carry on with our services if you are happy to carry on planning yourself, otherwise you can choose to carry on with one of our other services.

After our session you will have:

  • Any questions or concerns answered

  • A copy of our full Wedding plan, which we will begin to complete - bring along all details of suppliers you have booked so far and any other plans you have completed. You will also receive a crib sheet to help you continue to complete

  • Wedding day timings

  • Completed mood board to use in your planning if you would like us to focus on styling

  • Confidence to begin planning and what your next step is if you are recently engaged

  • To do list of what you need to do next

  • Piece of mind that you have a planner in your contacts if you need to contact us and book another session in future

£95.00 per session

Sessions last a maximum of two hours. Available face to face (depending on location) or via video calling

With 10 years’ experience working within various venues across the UK and with companies from National Grid to Claire’s, Aston Martin to Jaguar Landrover and Argos to University of Buckingham, we have the knowledge and skills to ensure we find the perfect venue for you and plan your event to a high standard, saving you the time and stress! Whether you are looking to hold a conference, small meeting, team away day, exhibition, gala dinner, launch party, awards dinner, team building (these are just a few among the list of events we have planned and managed!) we are here to help!

 

Venue Finding Service

  • Complimentary service

  • Initial consultation to discuss various key factors such as location and travel priorities, delegate numbers and budget

  • Shortlist of three venues with full information of each venue and quote

  • Booking of initial venue appointments at a time to suit you

  • Confirmation of chosen venue

  • Accommodation searching if required outside of the confirmed venue

 

Once the contracts have been signed with your chosen venue, the event management will be then passed to yourselves, unless you decide to also continue with our event management services.

 

Event Project Management Service

  • Initial event concept planning

  • Full venue finding service, as per above

  • Budget management

  • Planning assistance from the point of confirmation right up until execution of the event

  • Delegate management

  • Supplier searching, recommendations and booking; to include: audio visual, entertainment, catering, transportation, accommodation, plus any other requirements for your event

  • On site during the full event

  • Post event debrief and evaluation with yourselves and the venue

 

We are aware some clients would like to be more involved than others, we are happy to be as involved as you wish and this can be discussed in full during the initial consultation.
